Faith-Based Mental Health & Well-being Support
Because Mental Well-being is Workplace Well-being
Many Muslim employees face unique challenges that affect their mental health, from workplace discrimination to the inability to practice their faith freely. These challenges often lead to stress, anxiety, isolation, and lower productivity.
Our faith-based mental health services offer confidential, culturally aligned support, delivered by qualified professionals within M-IFS. Additionally, we can connect organisations with external providers specialising in faith-sensitive Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
