Accreditation Usage Guidelines
M-IFS accreditation is granted to organisations that meet our criteria across the Standard, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum levels. Accredited organisations are entitled to display the appropriate M-IFS logo and recognition badge, subject to the following rules.
Accreditation Conditions
Accreditation is awarded for a 12-month period and requires annual reassessment to ensure ongoing compliance with M-IFS standards.
Organisations seeking renewal must undergo a reassessment process and demonstrate continued compliance with M-IFS standards.
Organisations must maintain alignment with the criteria set out in the Muslim-Inclusive Framework Standard.
M-IFS reserves the right to suspend or revoke accreditation if false claims are made, the brand is misused, or there are substantial breaches of inclusion standards.
Logo Usage Rules
Accredited organisations will be provided with the official M-IFS Certification Mark, corresponding to their accreditation level (Standard, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum). The Certification Mark must be used responsibly and accurately, strictly adhering to the official M-IFS Brand Usage Guidelines.
The logo must not be altered, distorted, or used outside the context of certification.
Accredited organisations must adhere to the official M-IFS Brand Usage Guidelines, including the use of the official colour scheme:
•Navy Blue: #1E293B
•Grey/White: #E2E8F0
Any deviations require prior written approval from Invitise Ltd.
Permitted uses include:
• Email footers and company websites
• Social media announcements and posts
• Recruitment advertising and job descriptions
• Reports, CSR statements, and inclusion campaigns
• Internal presentations and training materials
Non-Accredited Organisations
Organisations that have not yet been formally accredited must not display or refer to M-IFS certification in any format. Misuse of the logo or brand constitutes a breach of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
Licensing Agreement
All accredited organisations are required to review, agree to, and adhere to the official M-IFS Licensing Agreement, which outlines the terms of Certification Mark usage, branding conditions, and the renewal process. This outlines the terms of certification mark usage, branding conditions, and the renewal process.
Impartiality and Independence:
M-IFS operates with full impartiality in the certification process, ensuring that all decisions are based solely on objective evidence submitted by applicants and evaluated through a structured, criteria-based assessment framework.
Important Clarification:
M-IFS is a UK Certification Mark governed by Invitise Ltd. The term “accreditation” refers to the certification awarded under the Muslim-Inclusive Framework Standard (M-IFS). M-IFS does not provide the services it certifies (such as DEI consultancy, training, or mental health support). These services are independent and separate from the M-IFS certification process.
Rules of Use Document
A detailed set of usage rules is outlined in the Certification Mark Rules of Use document. This covers everything from duration, revocation, permitted use, visual representation, and protection.
Application Checklist
Before applying, organisations should review the Application Checklist, which includes the evidence and documentation required for assessment.
