The Muslim-Inclusive Framework Standard (M-IFS) is the UK’s first structured certification framework focused on Muslim inclusion in the workplace. As the official certifying body, M-IFS manages all assessments and audits independently in line with UK Certification Mark requirements.
The M-IFS Support Programme formally recognises consultants, DEI professionals, and trainers who wish to align their services with the M-IFS framework. It allows you to use the “M-IFS Aligned” badge, join our official directory, and — at the enhanced level — access non-binding guidance and a professional Slack discussion space.
Important: Recognition does not imply certification, endorsement, or preferential status. M-IFS remains an impartial certifying body. Support Programme participants cannot certify or audit.
What You Can Do as an M-IFS Aligned Professional
As an M-IFS Aligned individual, you can:
Help organisations understand and implement M-IFS-aligned practices
Use the M-IFS Aligned Badge to show your recognition status
Participate in our Slack community (Enhanced level only)
Refer clients to M-IFS for official certification (you do not deliver audits or approvals)

Recognition Tiers (2-Year Term)

M-IFS recognition is not certification. Badge use is governed by strict conditions. No participant may use the badge to suggest certification, endorsement, or affiliation with audit decisions.
Recognition Agreement
All recognised professionals must agree to the M-IFS Support Programme Terms, which outline:
• Appropriate use of the M-IFS Aligned badge
• Confidentiality and non-disclosure expectations
• Integrity and impartiality safeguards
• Misuse and revocation clauses
How to Join
1. Apply Online
Submit your details through our online application form
2. Vetting & Review
We’ll confirm your alignment with M-IFS values and framework understanding
3. Attend Training
All approved individuals will attend a 1-hour induction session
4. Launch as M-IFS Aligned
